U.S. Army – Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space
Delivered PMP® certification training to 16 personnel and earned value management guidance. Per a May 6, 2024 customer letter, application of the guidance was associated with more than $2.23 million in project cost savings.
Florida Christian University – Higher Education
Designed and delivered an 8-week graduate-level Advanced Project Management course for 19 graduate students and business professionals, covering core PM methodology, leading without direct authority, and managing resistance to change. All participants earned certificates of completion, and three students went on to become PMP® certified.
